would it be possible to delete the items automatically by number and not by timestamp?
for me it would be interesting to have for example the last 5 messages of a feed equal of their age.

There are no plans to implement such a feature from the maintainers' side. It shouldn't be hard to realize this feature as a custom module though.

can you post only a short, short sentence -> which would be the best way to do it?
the plan: get all items of a feed of the last 3 days - collect minimum 3 posts - delete all items older then 1 month
