I got the same warnings as those mentioned in this issue :#353798: db update from 1.0-rc4 to 1.0 failed during the upgrade of my life site from D5.18 + ViewField 2.3 to D6.12 + ViewField 1.1 (see capture attached).

I'm running Linux + MySQL 4.1.19 + PHP 5.1.4

Do those failures prevent the site from running correctly (at a first glance, on my test site, it doesn't seem so ...) ? What is the right syntax of the queries according to my version of SQL ?

Since this request is over 2 years old, I'm going to assume a solution was found or you've moved on. If not, please get updated to the latest versions of all modules and see if things have fixed themselves. If not, open a new ticket and I'll be glad to look at it.
