Issue Summary
Hi, I have the same interface problem. If I try to add vehicles oder types they are not saved. No error message but it seems that the input form allways reloads.
May somebody can help me, or has an idea?

you've probably long moved on from this module...
but if you can step me through how you are adding the vehicle records...
Here's how I'm doing it:
1. Click on "Travel Log" menu
2. Click on the "Travel Log - Rides" tab
3. Click on the "Add Ride" link
4. Select "Vehicle" type from the drop down
5. Name your ride by entering in a Nickname
6. If you do not enter in a Nickname it will appear as if the form reloads
I am going to change to validation message to say "Please enter in a Nickname" so that it is more clear. Please let me know if this fixes your problem. I will close this ticket in a few days. Thanks!

Adding a vehice the way you described doesn't work.
