Hey guy's,
I'm using drupal 6.12 to build a site for one of my customers . I am a newbie to drupal so need your guy's help.
I want to implement google maps on the site, i have installed a Gmap module but have no idea how to implement it further to get it to show on the front page.
Any Help is welcome.
Thanx

Try GMapEZ
Gmap is a great module, very powerful, but if you just want to add a Google Map or two quickly and simply, try GMapEZ. Just install GMapEZ, get a Google Maps API key for your website, add that key to the GMapEZ settings, and then cut-and-paste the code for any Google Map into a node to appear on your home page.
What code
Thanx man,
But What code do i need to copy paste ?

A link to the module's documentation is available on the project page.

It's in the "Link" in the top-right corner
It's in the "Link" in the top-right corner of any Google Map, under "Paste HTML to embed in website".
