Using setting "Disable email field on form" prints email address in user edit form

Description
On the admin/settings/ldapauth/options page, set the Alter email field on user edit form to Disable email field on form. The email field will be disabled as it should. If one has tabs with other form data, such as a tab called "Contact information", the email address will be printed out in these forms without it's form input element.

I'm closing this since the bug had nothing to do with the LDAP module. The problem was my theme.
