"Is it possible to change theme when entering admin section?"
Since it is possible and simply done, I again modified the module to support
the "admin theme" feature. Attached zip archive contains taxonomy_theme
for Drupal 4.6 and 4.7. Have fun :)

cvs and are included in the latest 4.6 and 4.7 releases.
