I've been looking for "missing" modules at drupal.org, without success -- Drupal 6.12
Can you tell me how to find them?

Site Building Neologism module description:
Allows users to easily publish their own vocabulary online.
Depends on: Content (missing), Content_copy (missing), Fieldgroup (missing), Nodereference (missing), Userreference (missing), Text (missing), Optionwidgets (missing)

I did find one module -- Fieldgroup -- for Drupal 5 & Drupal 4.7. Can I use it?

The Neologism module requires the CCK module.

Installed CCK; Neologism appears to be successfully installed.
My next "newbie" question: how do I execute Neologism?

After reviewing your demo video, I was able to execute Neologism.
Found error in path to content_negotiation. Correct path is
neologism/includes/content_negotiation/content_negotiation.inc.php
