The "Request retest" link should be on the Detailed results page, as the last test date is not displayed in the issue comment. Users should check that date before asking for retest.
And also the auto retest functionality should guarantee that the patches are tested periodically, so the link should not be used too many times..

I agree that it shouldn't be used often...it is meant for manually forcing a retest when bad results were received. In the future the permission to use it may be restricted to administrators.

It breaks the workflow and backend logic if it is moved onto t.d.o.

If we decide to restrict permission to the link I think that is fine, but moving it isn't really an option.
