Do any other modules interfere with this module? I have it installed but its not doing anything. The title block doesn't have anything to "add image title".

Hi, there is no conflict with any other module, once you installed module goto Administer › Content management › Content types and edit desired content type you want to have Image title.

At the bottom you will see Default image title: disabled, you need to check enable and save.

after this go to create content and you will see Title Image fieldset to upload title image and checkbox to confirm to show Image title instead of text title.
