I had just created the more general Site verification that was split off from the verification code in XML sitemap. Would you possibly support deprecating or merging your module into the site verification module since it has the functionality of your module but can be used for more than just google or google apps verification?

arcaneadam commentedWhat exactly do you need to hear from me? If you want to merge the code from this into your module that's fine it's all GPL'd. I don't really have the time at this point to devote to another project with my work schedule, so feel free to use what ever code you'd like from the module for yours.

dave reidAll the functionality from this module is already a part of Site Verification, so if you'd be willing, we'd put a link to http://drupal.org/project/site_verify and disable downloads of this module.
