This is the first time that i have noticed the admin menu show up in the img assist popup. Img assist pop up uses a frameset so the admin menu showing up inside the popup is a total blocker.

I'm not sure who's got a better fix so i've cross posted in both the cues

i've upgrade to the image assist alpha and that seems to fix it.
