Really odd, we doesn't think it's installation problem.

hello.

any new advancement concerning this issue? by the way, does this work on your own installations?

It is a Javascirpt error in the IMCEInsert plugin (maybe due to some little changes in IMCE APIs?).
You should download the new IMCEInsert plugin package from http://www.accessibleeditor.org; it will be released around the 15th of june (together with a new PEGOEditor release that fixes some compatibility issues with IE8).
