Hello!
Currently textsize seems to be able to properly display its icons for only LTR languages. Is it possible to fix it so that it can automatically handle RTL languages (e.g., Arabic and Hebrew) as well. Good examples of modules that display icons with auto-adjustment for LTR/RTL are languageicons and bookmark_us.
