Ubercart module developer needed (ASAP)

Looking for an experienced Ubercart developer for a needed custom module.

The idea: A solution for an advanced, user managed, shipping system. A so called "private stock room" (project name TBD ;).

Workflow:
(Purchase is only possible for registered users of the site)
1. User adds 3 cameras + 2 cell-phones to cart
2. User pays for everything
3. After payment is complete, and only if complete, all products in order go to "private stock room" of the user.
4. User is redirected to private shipping room, where he can see all products that are paid and not shipped, from all orders.
5. User select 1 or a few products and click "make shipment".
6. User enters shipping address and confirms products and address.
7. Admins get a notice to ship specific products, to specific address, from the stock of the specific user. Integration back into the ubercart system is flexible.

- Integration with uc_addresses (or custom addresses management solution...)
- Drupal 6.x Ubercart 2 compatible

We think this could be a module for ubercart users. Project is in motion - we need this module to fit our client's needs. Module will be released to community.
