Frequently we find that users tend to use the "Contact" feature of a Web site before trying to search for content (even with a highly visible search option). A solution for this would be an option to enable a "Recommended Content" section that appears with (above, below, etc.) Webform content. As a user types their question in the Webform subject/body, the site would be searched for that content and the Recommended Content section would be populated with a list of content from the site. The user could click on titles of this content, and access it directly.
Options to reduce what Content Types appear in that section would be helpful (perhaps to an FAQ content type).

quicksketchThis is far beyond the functionality that Webform is intended to provide. This would involve quite a bit of overhead (searching is a very expensive operation) and customization (where should the search results show up?) that makes it unsuitable for including in the Webform project itself. It would be a better add-on module, but most likely would be written as a custom module specifically for your site.
