Currently the user edit page shows the gift certificate amount, but the user overview page does not. We should show the same message when a user is viewing their account if they have gift certificates. Also, while at it, add some classes to the user profile fields so it can be styled as needed.

Funny, I just put this into my local version of the 5.x module because people on our live site were becoming confused. I should roll a patch for it just in case.
