Move created information under topic

From #472934: Meta-issue: Make topic listing look more like phpBB's:

- There is no "Created" column; the created data is smooshed in with the title.

There is a toggle in AF module's settings to remove the created column, but it requires manual theming to get the data there underneath the topics.

I'm also not sure if this is something we strictly want to do since I think it would preclude us from doing sortable table headers (thus working around the fact that Views doesn't have exposed sorts), but I'm not positive.
