Description

I'm having problems when I delete all nodes for a term and then create new nodes associated with that term. I created four terms, created a view, then set up the taxonomy-menu section of my taxonomy to use a custom path to my view. Set menu to "hide empty terms"

I created several pieces of content using each of the terms a few times. Everything worked fine.. Menu items were created . When I deleted all nodes associated with "term 1", the menu item disappeared as expected. However when I then re-added four nodes for "term 1", the menu items were duplicated - I ended up with four menu items all called "term 1", one for each node associated with this term. This happened for every term I created. From this point terms could not be deleted by removing the nodes.

After more testing I have discovered that this only happens when "hide empty terms" is checked. I've tried completely uninstalling and re-installing the module but the problem persists.

I suspect this is related to
#601174: Menu item disappeared after a node deletion
and
#622516: Node Count not updating

If I am wrong, and you can still re-create the issue, feel free to open this issue back up.
