this issue is similier to
http://drupal.org/node/365276
but its different in that if my website has any flash on it and I open a link in greybox all my flash objects appear overtop of greybox.
Is there a way to fix this or maby disable flash object temporarily while greybox is opened?

I noticed this only happens in firefox as well

Late comment, I know, but...
Flash plays in a kind of fake window on top of the browser window, covering up all browser content, unless you set the wmode property in the object tag to transparent or opaque.
