Whenever I view my dynamic albums, none of the menus display on my site. It completely ignores those blocks entirely.

This appears to be the culprit of the Gallery Menu module. Once I disabled that, and created my own links in the navigation menu, all the menus reappeared 100%.

If your menus are disappearing inside Gallery2 in your Drupal website, disable the Gallery2 Menu Module. And make your own menu links.
