The initial phase of the project will be considered complete when the program is sustainable and the capstone project is complete. We expect this to happen in phases over a three month period. Funding is needed to cover the costs during that period.

Title: Finalize Proposal for the Drupal Kata » Finalize Proposal for the Drupal Open Learning Initiative

Changing title to match the current direction of the Initiative. As we're ramping up these efforts (seriously this time!!), it's critical the proposal looks solid to its intended audience (predominately Drupal).
