Allow admin to configure a template for the body of all automated outbound emails

The template for the body of all automated outbound emails would need to support tokens, including following new one: [email body text]. The new token would contain the actual message. Such messages are variable and set in 'admin/user/settings' and optionally in "send email"-actions, but also in modules like the 'Email Change Confirmation'-module.

This feature would allow admins to format aforementioned emails, like so for example:

This is an automated message from the following website:

Replies to this email will be ignored.
