cant i have a thumbnail with a snapshot of video(with some details) on front page, when cliked it shud go to full node

i hope you did not get what i wanted to convey-

i am wrking with flash node and swf tools to make a media site
now fwhen i devide my front page into panels
i want one of the section to show something like youtube a videothumb with some details , and when cliked the fullscreen video can be viewed.
now first i had generic flv player isltld among swf tools, which strted to play the video by itself (no play/stop button)
i switched to flowplayer 3, which succesfully allowed me to stop or start/pause a video
now i succesfully create a flash node with a body where there is a block a black screen with a large play button

what i want-----
when i add this node to one pf panel section, i shud not have tht black screen with a play button
rather i shud have some snapshot of video on screen and a link which can open th full node?>

for getting the poster image, tried all avilable on- http://drupal.org/node/216872
and on http://drupal.org/node/359303(remeber i m not getting any error, yet i can t see th image)

when i clik on the white sqr omg at bottom of the aad flash var option , i get to a new window like this whre i can insert the image from

i get the tag as shown in attachment

still no image as poster

now i n sure u cn help

hhm, solved one thing that new window is due to image assist installled with me
also when i use JW media player instead of flowplayer3,
i am able to get the poster image as disussed in above issue nodes.

so may be its a problem vth flowplayer itself
