When creating a node (story) in 4.7b4 the "list" setting for attached files is ignored. To recreate create a story node, attach a file and check the "list" option for the file and then submit the story. The submitted story won't have the file listed. Immediately editing the node and checking the "List" option causes everything to work as expected.
