This is exactly what I was trying to do but this works - whereas my plugin just isn't. Thanks so much for this effort. Everything works great but the mouse-scrollable - at least on my mb pro's touchpad. Scrolling with the touchpad is like entering hyper-space. How can this be adjusted? Since there are no docs yet I'm just pointing out what else I've noticed:

vertical display only works on pages, and horizontal (default) only displays in blocks.

Hello,

I've posted a new development release, which has seperate css files for the horizontal and vertical version. Can you test it? (after upgrading you should save the 'scrollable view settings' again in your view.

Have you already searched on http://plugins.jquery.com/project/mousewheel, this site deals with the mousewheel plugin itself.

Works great. One thing though ... I'm not sure fixed width and height for the horizontal .scrollable are a good default considering users will have varying setups. Auto might just do fine.
