Whenever a set a start date/time for an ad (e.g., June 1, 2009 13:00) it changes by two hours. In other words, if after I submit the ad, I then go back to edit it, I see that the scheduled start time has changed to June 1, 2009 11:00)
Am I doing something wrong?

most likely it has something to do with time zones
