Finally, I have managed to make a cool new design for my website. I have made its design while trying to keep it as simple as possible.
What I like most is I can add content dynamically and display it too.
I have defined my own content types using CCK module. Images are attached using ImageCache module. The content is displayed using content 'Views' formatted as pages.
The main page lists content as Views formatted as blocks displaying content types.
By creating this site, I have achieved a basic objective that I wanted to achieve for a long time: To have a dynamic website where I can add content using my own defined content fields, and to display it the way I want.

I will be glad to help any newbies looking to make a similar site using Drupal.

Can anyone at-least tell me how the design of the site looks like?

I like the overall colour scheme and layout.

The background is nice, the blue header, menu header gradients and primary links all look very nice.

Some things I would suggest:

  • I didn't like the white corners on the header image. I think that it would look nicer if the corners were transparent.
  • The headings with the striped background look out of place, almost as if they are cutouts that let the page background show through or you forgot to add a background image there. I think that you could just use the same gradient as the menu headers.
  • I think that the footer background would look nicer if it was transparent.
  • The Google AdWords button really sticks out (which is a good thing) but the orange is perhaps too bright and sort of clashes with the Google logo colours.
  • Comments are allowed to use both filtered and full HTML. I think that it would be for the best and less confusing if you simply allowed filtered HTML.
  • Navigation images are breaking for me on more than a couple pages.
