Display a node only once in views in page

Hello,

I have 2 views that are selecting different sets of nodes, but the same node can be present in both sets. I want to avoid this, so that if a node is present in the result of the first view, it will be automatically excluded from the results displayed by the second view on a certain page. I cannot do this using the view filters.

Can anyone tell me how do i do this? I seem to remember a module that would exclude a node from display if the node is already displayed in the page, but I cannot remember its name.
