The UI for creating discounts is incredibly confusing. It's nigh impossible to really figure out what you need to put in the textfield unless you've played around with it and dumped your price cache every time. The way the Add / Multiply works should be totally redone, and the need for you to use negative multipliers should be removed. For example, when I see multiply the price by something, I think a 10% discount means multiply the price by .9. However, what's happening is the multiplier calculates the discount price that seems to then be subtracted from a price. Yikes!
It was quite confusing in training. If I have any time to lend to this over the weekend, I'm happy to touch it up.

scott m. sanders commentedI just started with this hours ago and got the negative/positive thing in a second or so; I guess to each their own.
I would agree though that anytime a UI can be made easier with all options still intact is almost always a good thing.
