can't open the module page one ime installed

I have nstalled this module using plugin manager, as for other dozens of modules without problems.
But for this module when I go on admin/user/user/email_verify the page continue loading without opening.
What I can do to use this module?
I'm using drupal 6.12 on www.forniture-alberghiere.net .
