1) login as administrator
2) enter the following link: node/{existing_node_id}/x (example node/21/x or node/21/blabla, as I typed). Node 21 must exist.
3) You will be redirected to the front page but the post editing tabs will be showed on the top of page.

I could reproduce with democratica and fancy themes.
