Add new node as Option (disabled)

Hi, nice module, although it uses a huge amount of memory ;-)

I would like to know if could be possible to add an option to decide if we want to add new nodes or not, because sometimes it distracts users when we only want this edition page to allow for changing some parameters quickly here and there.
