It is may be very specific, but I want this feature. Read only tribune is a checkbox, which is checked by creator of tribune node. Only creator can write posts in this tribune.
Usual use of this feature: when it is necessary to keep history of any closed discussion.

I originally wanted to allow a tribune's owner to choose who could post to their tribune, but I can't find a way to do it, so... I've added a "read only" checkbox in the tribune settings.
