SWFUpload doesn't work for Drupal 5!

Description
I have installed a SWFUpload version 5.x.1-1 module on Drupal 5.
I get loads of JS errors and cannot upload any files.
I have tried to install a fresh version of both Drupal and SWFUpload module but again no luck!
Anyone has any idea why I am not able to use this module?
