I just changed the banner images height, added the code to show the logo-emblem and change the main font to Verdana.

Based on quick view of the source, i would guess http://drupal.org/project/viewscarousel but there's a couple of other modules that use the jCarousel plugin.

I using views carousel + flag to create the slideshow, and make it easier for the site manager to add images to the view.
