I am making a blog for people who had a blog on another platform and cannot import it directly. Is there a module or a simple way to post nodes with a past date, to reflect their old blog? I found the scheduler module, but it seems to apply more to the publishing of a node and not the submitting. It also seems to have been developed to choose the future publishing date, and not the past.
Any idea?

Do you mean the Authored On date? You can change that manually in the Authoring Information section of the regular create content form.
