after installing the module along with jquery_impromptu, I have a message: warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/www/html/sites/all/modules/cck_field_privacy/cck_field_privacy.module on line 165. where I am wrong? help me out please

You are not doing anything wrong. If there are no content types & fields selected for privacy settings, this 'warning' will appear unintentionally because of a variable typing issue. I've committed a fix to CVS which will show up in the next -dev release. Thank you for posting this information.
