Allow file attachments without an extension to be saved

Some phones and/or MMS gateways send video files with a mime type and file name but lacking a recognized file name extension such as 3gp. It would be useful if mailsave module could detect files that are missing a file extension and rewrite the file name based on the provided mime type.
