Issue Summary
This happens if you log out in another window or if your session expires and you attempt to submit a shout.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Set your shoutbox to registered users only
2. Ensure you are using the ajax shoutbox
3. Login and get ready to post a shout
4. Logout in another window
5. Post shout
6. Notice that the shoutbox redirects to home page inside of itself
I would expect the redirect to happen outside of the shoutbox.
