Is there any way?

I need to manipulate data, and Table Wizard do all the job but editing data, at lees I can't find this issue.

No - the purpose of the Table Wizard is analyzing data and exposing it to the Views module, editing the data is well beyond the scope. The place to look for support for editing data would be the Views module (or an add-on module that implements Views handlers for editing data within a view).
