Description
The feedback & suggestion tab on the project I am working on shows some irregular behavior, although I have not hacked the module.
Would you go and see the HTML and CSS codes to locate the root cause of the problem?

I built a test environment to make sure this problem occurs in a fresh install. I installed MAMP and Drupal 6.12 and just Feedback & Suggestion Tab 6.x-1.0-bata 1. And the problem happens in such a setting.

The URL in the issue description doesn't use feedback tab module anymore. More info needed. Patches welcome! Note that there are some edge cases that occur when you scroll over and out of the tab too quickly that make it do some funky things.
