Currently, we keep users from creating feed nodes from feed items. This could be useful for edge cases though and disallowing it actually leads to problems when feed api functionality is activated/disactivated on nodes that are chosen as feed items.

I had thought this was fixed before, however I found that the code is not consistent. Will follow up with patch.

- Don't restrict the content type selection in feed settings
- Restrict content type selection when trying to generate fallbacks.
