Hello,

Please forgive my ignorance, but I was wondering what the difference between Tickets and Tasks is?

From the documentation: "Storm tasks are the parts that compose a project and can be hierarchically nested to build a work breakdown structure."
And: "Storm tickets can be used to track bugs, feature requests, or any other category as specified via attributes. They can be associated with an organization, project or task."

My confusion stems from being able to set the "Category" of both Tasks and Tickets to either "Bug", "Feature Request", "Support" or "Task".

Are they really just the same thing? Should they be combined? Are they supposed to be separate?

Again, sorry if this is covered in the documentation. I'm new to Drupal and a teensy bit overwhelmed with the learning curve...

There is a good discussion on this at #364252: What's the difference between a task and a ticket?.

The way of using Storm and the modules to activate from the Storm project is up to the particular site administrator though - so there is scope to choose the way that suits you best.
