Are there any plans to make the Flowplayer3 plugin for drupal 5.

I have read the SWF Tools project page closely and all of module's installation instructions (located here: http://drupal.org/node/303203). My immediate impression from these documents was SWF Tools 5.x now supports Flowplayer 3. There are statements such as "SWF Tools comes with support for players as listed in the table below" and "Note - the new 3.1 release of FlowPlayer will work with the current SWF Tools module." The 5.x version of SWF Tools technically is a current version of the software.

After briefly playing around with Flowplayer 3 it is clear SWF Tools 5.x does not support it. For the benefit of developers, I would highly recommend adding another column on the table in the section titled, "Adding support for media players" on the installation page (http://drupal.org/node/303203). Let everyone know which players are currently supported by which versions of SWF Tools. Thanks.

No plans to back port FlowPlayer3 to the 5 series I'm afraid.

FlowPlayer3 does things quite differently, and it's hard to keep up with just SWF Tools 6 (and plan for SWF Tools 7).

So I'm afraid the answer is that I won't backport the module.

If someone wants to give it a go and contrib it back then that would be great!
