Would the URL of a node have to be tweeted as is? I have people mentioning blog posts but they're converted to tinyurls and the block on the node says "no tweetbacks yet"...

Chat Catcher Module says it will do just that, except I can't test if it actually works, since it's not working for me at the moment ;)
