I know .. that most of you hate IE, and so do I, but .. it's disturbing for the stubborn clients using it, just try http://www.advomatic.com in Ie6 or 7 or 8 and drag the scrollbar. Any fixes?

and by hiccups I mean jumping like 50 pixels up when dragging
