Issue Summary
shazamgallery_form calls a function 'taxonomy_node_form' that doesn't exist in core.
I can't figure out if you refer to a function in taxonomy that might have been renamed in current HEAD.
Or maybe is it is declared in another contrib module ? README.txt mentions no dependency...

It's a 4.6 function, I think it could be safely removed ...

can someone please review this?

I tried commenting it out, but although it lists galleries it now doesn't seem to save the assignment so the image doesn't appear in the selected gallery and when you edit the image again no gallery is selected.
