Exclude specific vocabularies

Use case: I had to add a 3 levels hierarchical taxonomy in excess of 8000 terms. I don't need images for the added taxonomy, but the admin/content/taxonomy/taxonomy_image page has now increased to more than 2 MBytes. It would be nice if one could specify which vocabularies are relevant to Taxonomy Image. Alternatively, image administration could have an extra page level, as in admin/content/taxonomy.
