On my dev server this module as behaving very strangely. Many of the commands didn't work, and returned to the command line, without any errors or other helpful info. I only recently realized this error was showing up in my logs related to drush, and it probably has something to do with it.

Yeah, I removed the coder module completely (It was updated to 6.1.0) and drush now works fine again. I'll post this to the coder module as an issue... that release probably hasn't caught up to drush yet?

Perhaps you could do some searching before you post yet another issue. coder has already fixed this, but there is no release AFAIK.
