Emailing user based on user reference field

I don't know if this remotely possible using webform associate. I know I could do it use the advance processing section of the website.
I have content type that I want to attach a webform to. Originally I was going to use webform block to accomplish this but then I found this module. The content type will have a user reference field and I would like webform submission to be sent to this user. Is this possible with webform associate?
